How long does it take to ship?

Orders will usually ship out within 2 weeks of purchase. This is dependent on the amount of orders I receive so I may take longer depending on the amount.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes as long as the shipping fee is paid

Can I get a refund or an exchange or damaged products?

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the day it was shipped. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. How is shipping calculated?

It goes by flat rates, for international shipping, 

Zone 1 -> Malaysia & Brunei

Zone 2 -> Countries in Asia & the Pacific (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand)

Zone 3 -> Australia, Japan, New Zealand & rest of the world
